Returns & Refunds


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return policy works:

    •    Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (excluding shipping) or exchange, provided you have your proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email).

    •    Refunds cover the cost of the item(s) only — original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    •    Items must be received back in their original condition, unused/unworn, with tags and packaging intact.

    •    To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

    •    If the item is received damaged or we shipped the wrong item, we will refund or replace the item promptly.

    •    If you keep the item beyond 30 days, we may only offer a store credit (or no refund) depending on condition.

    •    Sale, clearance, special-order or personalized items may be excluded from the return policy (we recommend specifying any “final sale” items clearly).


Q: How will I get my refund?

A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item and approve the refund, we’ll credit the original payment method. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.


Q: Do I pay for return shipping?

A: Unless we made an error (wrong item or damaged product), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured method, as we cannot refund items that get lost in transit.


Q: Can I exchange for a different size or colour?

A: Yes — if you’d like a different size or colour, let us know at the time you initiate your return and we’ll attempt to reserve the replacement for you (subject to availability). You may also request a store credit if you prefer.


Q: What if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

A: Sorry for the inconvenience! If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
